Tournament Information

The 3rd World Invitational Father & Daughter Golf Tournament will take place at Doonbeg Golf Club from 25-28 July 2010. The event is a regular feature in Carr Golf Travel’s annual golfing calendar and will be hosted in one of the finest golf resorts in the world. The 2nd World Invitational Father & Daughter Golf Tournament was won by Keith and Michelle Black from the Cliffs Communities in North Carolina, USA (pictured left). The Blacks travelled to Doonbeg having won a Qualifier Event held at the Cliffs.

The Blacks beat Kieran and Orla Walshe from Doonbeg (IRE) by 2 points in a close run finish. In third place were Declan and Julie Ann Fearon from Milltown Golf Club in Dublin (IRE).

The inaugural event, held at Doonbeg Golf Club in July 2008, was won by James and Katie Layden from the USA (pictured below).
