The Marbella Club Golf Resort is located among the hills of Benahavis only a 20 minute drive from Marbella centre. Designed by Dave Thomas, this magnificent golf course offers spectacular views of Gibraltar, the African Coastline, the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. Decorated wonderfully by a variety of trees such as pines, cork oaks and quejigo trees, this course provides the perfect setting for a round of golf.



The varied layout of the course at Marbella Club demands precision and technique, offering a challenging game to golfers of all levels. All 18 holes measure well over 6,500 yards in length, complemented by carefully contoured fairways, incorporating enticing water cascades, lakes and strategically placed bunkers as well as undulating greens. The picturesque first hole typifies the quality of the course's design and marks the beginning of a most memorable round of golf. The 3rd, with a slight dogleg uphill to the right requires care over the second shot to avoid the large lake in front of the wide, horizontally laid green. The 9th offers a spectacular finish from high tees. There is plenty of room but two trees in the middle of the fairway will give pause for thought and further down a 150 year old quejigo tree guards the approach to the green



The clubhouse is a superbly located thatched cottage overlooking the 18th green and the lake of the 1st, offering the perfect surroundings to relax and unwind after a round. The Marbella Club Golf Resort Pro Shop offers a range of logo and branded merchandise of the highest quality. Golf classes are available for both groups and individuals and there is a rental service for both buggies and golf carts.

Take the N-340 to Algeciras-Cadiz. Once you pass under the San Pedro arch, take the third turning to the right, to Benahavís. After 3,7 Km. you can see the sign to the Marbella Club Golf Resort. The Golf course is located 20 minutes from Marbella Club Hotel and Puente Romano Hotel.
