2005 Marty and Cynthia,
Sam will contact you separately, but I wanted
to say again, how terrific an experience it was this year
to participate
in the Father and Son. Doing as well as we did was a
real added bonus, but as you know, the friendships, camaraderie,
stories, pints and fun are at the essence of your great
event. Unmatched anywhere in the world is the great venue
of Waterville too. We have played golf on most every
continent
at this stage. Nothing come close to Waterville and the
Carr World Father and Son Invitational. Thanks for having
us again.
Needless to say, I am also inundated with
requests from people to see if they can get into the tournament.
Success breading
success. If you can give me some guidance on how I might
handle those inquiries, that would be great.
See you soon.
All the best.
Aidan

Dear Cynthia,
As usual we had a great week with a good
mix of competitive fair mixed with a fair degree of social
activity.
The competition was run in a very professional
way and in a manner not unlike the way a professional tournament
is
run.
From that point of view it gives the competitive
amateur golfer an opportunity to compete in an atmosphere
that
is generally not available in the world of amateur
golf.
Looking forward to next year
Best wishes,
Seamus

Thanks very much for all your help over the
weekend. I'm still getting over it. Bernard and I had a fantastic
time. It was great to play so much golf on the same team,
we're normally opponents. We have next year already in the
diary.
Brilliant job!
Thanks again,

Just thought I would drop you a quick email
to thank you for all your work last week, which led to Seamus
and I thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Already looking forward
to next year. Made some great friends at this years event.........sure
isn't that what it's all about, although to be honest I would
give my left arm to win it.
Only one thing for it. Improve my golf game
and get my handicap up!
.........Only kidding.
Best Wishes and Talk Soon,
Peter Dunne |

Dear Martin,
Mike and I want to thank you, your brothers
and the Carr Golf staff for a wonderful time of golf and
fun at the father/son tournament. We both commented that
it was a first class tournament played on a great track
in lovely weather. You and your brothers were most gracious
hosts- at the opening reception, Gerry spent time telling
us about your father's distinguished golfing career.
Thank you for everything including providing
a great venue for Mike and I to spend a week of quality
time
together
God Bless
